Many of my travels include humanitarian work. My long-term career goal is to be a humanitarian nurse practitioner, one who gets to help people worldwide where the need is greatest, delivering emergency medical aid to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters, or exclusion from health care. So far this is the “pre-work” of my experiences.
